What is the return policy?
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

How do I apply for a loan?
Must have valid and current ID(issued by the state or government) or alien resident card(with proof of address).
Do you offer custom jewelry?
Yes we work a variety of materials such as silver, gold, and platinum! All of our pieces are produced here in the USA. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries!
Can I get my jewelry repaired?
Yes we do all repairs on watches, silver, gold, and platinum. We can resize, recondition, set/replace stones, and rhodium/gold plating.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcomed, however we highly recommend to make an appointment if you have a custom order or service in mind
